Below Are The Staff Rules & Guide Lines For Multi Tourneys
MULTI TOURNEY ~ 100 Buxx Entry Fee
There are a variety of ways to host a multi player tourney.
You can Host a 2 vs 2 (Each player plays single games)
You can Host a 3 vs 3 (The 1st 2 plays dubs~The 2nd Plays Singles)
You can Host a 4 vs 4 (The 1st 2 plays dubs~The 2nd can play 2 Singles OR 1 Dubs)
In the 2x2, 3x3, and 4x4 tourneys the scores from each game are added together for each team and the team with the highest score is advanced each round.
You have to get permission to host a 5x5 PRIOR to making it from a TD Manager!!
When hosting a multiple tournament you must have a doubles as one of your games.
You can have two singles and one doubles, or both games played can be doubles.
Hosting A Mulitple Tourney
You may host a multiple tourney any time on the calendar but please make sure when you make your multiple tournament that it is set for a time where there is a very high chance of it running.
Multiple tournaments MUST be made at least ONE DAY before they are scheduled to run and they MUST NOT be moved once they have been put on the calendar.
So please make sure that you will be available to host the tournament before you make it.
When picking the games to be played as part of the multiple tournament. No games can be played in which there is the chance of an auto win as you are unable to get a score from these games.
EXAMPLE ~ King Me, Ace Me, Queen Me, Jack Me, Corner Pockets NTC, Snooker NT.
Subs For Multi Tourneys
Teams are allowed to have subs in a multiple tournament.
If a member is MIA from the team then you need to ask the rest of the members from their TEAM if they wish to sub. If they say no then you need to go to the lobby and ask for a sub from there.
The person who subs should only be in two tourney or league games.
When hosting a multiple tournament there must be ONE original player left in the team, the rest of their team could be MIA but so long as there is one original player then the game still goes on.
The MIA timers for a multiple tournament are the same as for a normal doubles tournament!! Before the game has started then the player gets put on a 5 minute timer. Once the game has started them you must get a sub as soon as possible.
We do not put a timer on the MIA player, even if it is a singles game they are playing as part of the multiple tournament.
If the Singles player goes MIA! A SUB is gotten for singles game.
If there are any members left on that MIA players team, then they are to be asked first if they want to sub for there team mate. If not a sub is gotten in the lobbby.
The Day Of The A Mulitple Tourney
You must be in the lobby 1 hour before your multiple tournament starts!!
You may not spam your multiple tournament until 30 minutes before it starts.
BUT 1 hour before it starts you may spam the lobby like this,

You may not call next round pairings in a Multi Tourney!
As this can cause potential problems in your multi Tourney!!
When you are hosting a multiple tournament you are NOT allowed to host or play in any other tournaments 1 hour before the multiple tournament is due to start.
This is because it takes time to help members fill the teams and it also takes time to do the pairings as you need to hand type them.
If a team DQs in a multiple tournament then you are to give them a score of 0 in that game and 5000 to the other team!!!
If a player breaks a league rule (EXAMPLE: Table talking during doubles, during a multiple tourney, that game is dq'ed (0-5000) and a sub is gotten for that player for the following round if their team advances.
When you announce the winners of the round in the lobby please be sure to put the teams scores in the post.
Only do this when you announce the winner of the entire round,
Not after each separate game of the multiple tournament finishes.
Your Tourney Page
These rules MUST be on your tourney page!!!!!!!!!
I have made it easy for you so you can just copy paste them on your tourney page!!
This goes in your customize tournament lay out in the big White box.
You can change the color to suit your tourney page.
(EXample: delete “deeppink” and put “purple”)
You should also have it clearly on the main page what games are being played!!

1ST HAND- ACES ME can meld anything at any time but before any canastas you must have ACES melded, you MUST have a CANASTA IN ACES in order to GO OUT,
2 HAND- KING ME- can meld anything at any time but before any canastas you must have KINGS melded, you MUST have a CANASTA IN KINGS in order to GO OUT.
3RD HAND-QUEEN ME can meld anything at any time but before any canastas you must have QUEENS melded, you MUST have a CANASTA IN QUEENS in order to GO OUT.
4TH HAND IS JACK ME- can meld anything at any time but before any canastas you must have JACKS melded, you MUST have a CANASTA IN JACK in order to GO OUT.
5TH HAND IS 10 ME can meld anything at any time but before any canastas you must have TENS melded, You MUST have a CANASTA IN JTENS in order to GO OUT.
IF you need a 6th hand or more you start over at the ACES and continue till game is finished. NO TOUCHING PILE AT ANY TIME.
Your Singles Rules

YOU MAY ONLY MELD 8-ACES (8,9,10,J, Q, K & A), 3-7'S ARE DISCARDS ONLY.
YOU MAY NEVER MELD 3-7'S, IF YOU DO YOU DQ.. NEVER TAKE THE PILE.
After these Rules You then add Our League Rules to the Bottom.
Team / Table Making
You need to make a team making table 1 hr prior to your tourney.
Have paper and pen handy~~We make teams first come first serve.
We do not condone players coming to the team making table and stacking their team.
Players are allowed to make their own teams for the multiple tournament.
They do not have to come to the team making table, BUT if you see them trying to make a team in the lobby then please ask them nicely to come to the team making table.
For this training we are going to make a 3x3~Royal me dubs and Hits NT Singles.
On a piece of paper you should have Royal me dubs and hits nt singles…
The 1st player that comes into room you ask them what game they want to play.
They say Royal me~so you put their name under Royal me and get them to go make a team. Be sure to get the password from the player making the team.
A Next player wants hits. You put them on that same team and ask them to wait at the table until you find another player to play Royal me dubs..
Another player comes in and wants Royal me so you put them on the first team.
You always fill the first team first.
The next person who wants to play Royal me will then have to make a new team.
Pairings Spammer
You should have your spams ready before you go to team making table as it gets very busy. We are going to still refer to the 3x3 Royal me dubs and hits nt.
This Refers If you are using a key text or short key program.
Your At Your Pairings
We do pairings by players name. It is best if you open up the teams page of the tournament so you can copy and paste the teams from there.

You should write these on paper leaving a good space for you to put players names under their teams so you can write scores.

An easy way to do this is to copy all your spams from your spam boxes into a Word or Notepad file. While in Word or Notepad you are able to see all the spams and it will make it easier for you to get the correct players in the correct areas.
You would go to your first pairing and put the players in your spam like this.
